Build Renewable Energy Professionals - Create Jobs - BANC!

Does anyone know how the SREC's are calculated? I know the pricing is different in each state but is it based on the kwh generated for the quarter or I heard someone say per megawatt. Just wondering who could help me understand it better.

I took the PV class in Newark, January. I lost tract of the Instructors. The one from NJ was called "solar mike". I wanted to get some up to date advice from him. Does any body know how to find him? By the way, I know a carbon credit guy in NJ. He knows the deal in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, pretty good. Dave Weisman; 973 364 8065. Good luck.

K thanks, So a 10kw system would generate roughly 10 AEC tags, right?

Every 1000kwh is equal to one AEC(it's what pa calls an SREC).
