Do you run your own business?: Yes, just getting started but have already registered with county and getting insurance and state contractors license. I have a website and will share that info soon. I am working on my first two leads.

When did you attend class at Boots on the Roof?: 06/08-13/09 &06/15-19/09

Are you an electrician or have another important skill set? And would like to work with others?: I can handle installing panels and roof work, but I need a licensed Electrican to sign off on permits and handle final hook-ups.

Encourage President Obama to "Go Solar" and not back 2 new nuclear plants(the 1st in 30 years).

Just a little something I picked up on today. It seems that the Obama administration is backing plans to give 8.3 billion in loan guarantees to Southern Co. to build 2 new nuclear reactors in the state of Georgia. In figuring out what that would mean, I figured with that much money you could build a solar system that would be about 9.22 million kW. Any help would be appreciated!

Just trying to launch my new solar business and I was looking for some advice. What kind of Insurance do I need if: 1) I am just doing consulting, 2) I am consulting and contracting others to design and install? Do I have register my business, and if so, with who?

To PV class 06/08-13/2009

Hi guys1 Hope everyone is doing well. This is my 4th attempt at writing this, every time I tried at the hotel I would get disconnected when I hit send.

Anyway just wanted to let you know that Solar Thermal was even harder then PV. Don't get me wrong I thought the whole thing was worthwhile, but there are so many more systems and parts of systems.
