But let's not give up hope. It is a seriously effective program and there will be future opportunities to bring it before our legistors.

"The 1603 program [2009-2011] enabled solar installers to develop 22,000 projects across the United States, with an average of $153,000 in private sector investment generated by each project. These projects were developed primarily by small businesses that created jobs and new economic opportunity in the U.S."
