Electrician Position in Silicon Valley

Solar Universe, a leading nationwide solar brand, based in The Bay Area, is actively expanding our Bay Area sales team to find, qualify and advise potential customers on the benefits of going
solar.

We are currently looking for a Solar Electric Foreman to work in the field of solar electric system installation. A minimum of 5 years electrical experience is required.

Desired Qualifications:
* C10 - Lic;
* Solar Experience preferred;

* Experience with electrical work involving wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC;
* Residential and Commercial Experience;

* Comfortable with working at rooftop heights
* Requires full range of mobility in upper and lower body
* Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to,
stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended
periods of time;
* Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday;
* Excellent customer service skills and experience;
* Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Position Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Organize and complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes
* Maintain attention to detail with an emphasis on safety, quality and customer
service

* Completed site electrical work which includes electrical runs, service upgrades and interconnection setup with solar inverters
* Analyze and resolve problems and recommend solutions for continuous
improvement

* Assist sales teams when needed for estimating and quoting projects
* Interact with fellow members of the team and customers in a professional and
courteous manner

* Respond to complaints in a timely manner
* Take pride in your work ethic and communicate clearly
