Blueprint needed for commercial solar thermal/pv job!P

The future is now, as we benefit from a natural resource such as the sun. It is my greatest ambition to assist my community.  I have had the oppurtubity to take on a mentally challenged non profit institute. OV's willing workers Inc. Will be the beacon of mid city most deserving community. We are seeking a Engineer that can create a blueprint for a solar pv and thermal system.
